Delivery Policy

This policy explains how COMICOS (UEN 53533702K) delivers your order.

Delivery area

We deliver to homes and offices in mainland Singapore and Sentosa. We do not ship overseas or to offshore islands.

Delivery fee

Each order has a flat delivery fee of S$35, however many items it has. Orders of S$400 and above are delivered free. You see the fee at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

• Your order is delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the day you pay.
• Within 1 working day of your order, we contact you by phone or email to agree a date and time slot.
• Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, except public holidays.
• If we expect a delay, we tell you straight away. You can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Before delivery day

Sofas and lounge chairs are bulky. Before you order, please measure your doorways, corridor and lift and compare them with the size on the product page. Tell us before delivery day if:

• there is no lift and the item must be carried up stairs (S$15 per floor);
• your condo or office needs a lift booking, a deposit or a delivery permit.

On delivery day

Our team carries the item into the room you choose. An adult (18 or above) must be present. Please check the item before the team leaves and note any visible damage on the delivery note.

If no one is home at the agreed time, we will rebook the delivery. A redelivery fee of S$35 applies.

Assembly

If an item needs simple assembly, such as attaching legs or joining sofa sections, our team does it on delivery at no extra charge and takes the packaging away.

Damage on arrival

If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
