COMICOS (UEN 53533702K) complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit comicos.shop, place an order or contact us.
Personal data we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details.
- For delivery: building access details you give us, such as lift booking or permit information.
- When you contact us: your messages and any photos you send, for example for a return or warranty claim.
- When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To send you news and offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs:
- Stripe, our payment provider
- Our delivery partner, to deliver your order
- Our website hosting and email service providers
- Government agencies, where the law requires it
Some providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for 5 years for tax and accounting. Other personal data is kept only as long as it is needed, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and your account. Some embedded content, such as the Google Map on our Contact page, may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may then not work.
Protecting your data
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Only people who need customer data to serve you can access it.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email our Data Protection Officer. We reply within 30 days.
