These terms apply to your use of comicos.shop and to every order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and fabric shades can vary slightly between batches. The size of each product is on its product page. Please check it against your space before ordering.
3. Prices
All prices are in Singapore dollars. The delivery fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay. If we find a clear pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch so you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Placing an order
To order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
Full payment is due when you order. See our Payment Methods page.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Singapore as set out in our Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We will tell you about any delay as soon as possible, and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is unreasonable. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Returns and Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act.
8. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Use of this website
The content on this website, including text, photos and logos, belongs to COMICOS or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.
10. Personal data
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
