At a glance
- Pay online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow or GrabPay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Full payment is taken when you order. All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
How to pay
Choose your payment method at checkout. Card payments may ask you to confirm with your bank (3-D Secure). For PayNow, scan the QR code shown at checkout with your banking app. For GrabPay, you confirm the payment in your Grab app. We do not accept cash or cheques.
When you are charged
We take full payment when you place your order. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
Receipts and invoices
After payment, we email you an order confirmation, which is your receipt. If you need an invoice for a company purchase, email us your order number and company details.
If a payment fails
Your order is confirmed only when payment goes through. If a payment fails, please try again or use another method. If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation email, contact us and we will check.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Security
Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card, PayNow and GrabPay payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We do not see or keep your full card details.
